SIGNUP STAYS OPEN FOR ONE WEEK

This gives us one week to get confirmation of attendance from all of you — to see if we have adequate numbers to run. With just over 230 places we should be able to fit everyone who was interested :)

Signups Closes 1st October

We’ll let you know in a matter of days from that point if you’re confirmed.

If we have any spaces left after, we’ll let you know (in case you got friends who hear about it later).

We will close signups on the 1st October and take a few days to process what came in. Treat this signup as more than an expression of interest — treat it as: you are keen to go and are able to pay the first instalment once confirmed / soon after. We’ll send out payment details in the welcome email.

Note: Hotmail, Outlook and Yahoo are notorious for putting various servers’ emails into deep spam (and sometimes, amusingly, direct to block or bin) so just check your spam/junk folder on the 3rd October and for a couple days after, if you’re worried. We’ll cross-post to our Facebook group when that email for places goes out. Once we’ve got payments in we can publish (privately) a restricted Gdrive document to the confirmed, paid up players.
